A student was suspended from school for 2 years for giving his teacher an "alleged" noogie. The last time the school has had to deal with such behavior was back in 2002 when Bobby Smith called doorknob on his guidance counselor....he is currently serving a lifetime sentence in the California State Penetentiary.
