VALKYRIE STARRING TOM CRUISE

Tom Cruise and Paula Wagner's 2nd attempt at reviving their newly acquired United Artists studio. The first abysmal attempt was Lions for Lambs, and this movie definitely looks like it will be the nail in the coffin. The true story is actually pretty interesting about a group of high ranking officer's in the Nazi army that had tried to assassinate Hitler after he began his reign of terror.

The problem is that this trailer makes it look like a boring suspense thriller about a bunch of SS soldiers who decide to rebel against Hitler by speaking in American and British accents. But we already know they don't get Hitler in the end, so I'm not sure how much suspense this movie will actually offer.
